All orders over £10.00 inclusive of discount free delivery.
Any charge incurred relate to the store you are nearest to. If under £10.00 a £0.75 charge will be made.
Within Bingham And Southwell all orders within the red area that need delivering will be free.
If outside of the area please email for delivery price.
How long will it take?
All products are available for home
- Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
- All orders must be placed before 9.00pm to ensure they are processed on the day. Orders made after 9.00pm will be processed on the next working day.
For example, if you place your order after 9.00pm on a Monday , it will be processed on the Tuesday and delivered on the Friday. Or if you place your order after 9.00pm on a Friday, it will be processed on the Monday and delivered on the Thursday.
Do you deliver to my address?
Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.
Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.
What if I am out when you try to deliver?
After placing your order you will be contacted by phone either by us or directly by one of our delivery partners, in order to arrange a specific date for delivery. Please note that you will not be contacted if the item is on the 3 day delivery service.
However, if you are not at home when your goods are delivered, we will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time.
What are the terms & conditions?
- Delivery times apply to items in stock
- If any items you order are not available we will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly
- Deliveries normally occur between 9am and 5.30pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified
- Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays
- Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods
- We do not deliver items to multiple addresses
- Please leave a day-time telephone number so that we can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date
- If your order contains more than one item you may be contacted by more than one operator to arrange the delivery date, and the products may be delivered separately even if they have the same estimated delivery dates because our products come from different delivery partners and suppliers delivery partners
- Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.
- We regret that we are unable to deliver to Outside the U.K.
Exchanges And Refunds
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund including delivery charges within 28 days of your delivery (exclusions apply**). This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy for any other reason with your order, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will exchange or refund any unused items. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us, as sold, with the original sales receipt within 28 days of delivery. Collection of the goods will occur via our nominated carrier. In certain circumstances we may charge for the cost of this service. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
